How will I use $C4 in PFP Pit Brawl?

PFP Pit Brawl will feature an in-game store where players may purchase upgrades for their pfp(s) with $C4. Each upgrade tier will increase by 2000 $C4 and award your respective pfp with a quarter point increase in the chosen stat.
